Hi there! My name is Keira Merkovsky, and I am a mental health therapist in Orange County, CA. 

I, like you, am doing my best during this time of uncertainty. I'm not a huge fan of change or unpredictability, so this new normal is giving me a run for my money! 

In order to stay emotionally healthy, I've been relying on the constant use of the coping skills I regularly teach my clients, as well as the support of family and friends.

If you are struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression, and would like to learn some of the skills that I use, or if you would just like to connect with other mamas so you don't feel so alone, this free group is for you. It is my way of contributing during this time, but also a way to "fill my cup" by filling yours.
